Individual Therapy

Service Description

Individual therapy at InnerLight consists of a 60 minute sessions in which the therapist and client work on addressing concerns/improving areas of life for the client. Benefits of this traditional therapy include: healing past hurts, conflict resolution, decreasing stress, planning for success in the future and any other goals the patient may identify. Please be aware we are currently able to accept Fidelis, Aetna and pay out of pocket clients. We are not in network with BCBS/Excellus/HighMark but do provide those clients with a Superbill they can submit to their insurance for reimbursement dependent on their specific plan. All questions about reimbursement should go to your insurance company as we are not responsible for knowing specifics about out-of-network plans.
